Tomorrow morning at the Louisiana High School Coaches Association Conference, our Technical Director , Coach Kiran Booluck, will deliver a presentation on Louisiana Elite Soccer Program’s principles of play.
But who exactly is Coach Booluck and why is this opportunity so meaningful?
A Proven Coach with Deep Roots in Player Development
- International roots, local influence
Hailing from London, Coach Booluck fell in love with football at age 4 or 5, playing street ball until the streetlights came on. He pursued his passion formally, earning a bachelor’s degree in Football Studies from Southampton Solent University. - Impressive coaching credentials
He’s dual-certified with a UEFA B License and a U.S. Soccer Federation A License, the highest youth coaching certification in the U.S. He also holds FA coaching & goalkeeping certifications, a USSF Director of Coaching Diploma, and multiple goalkeeper coaching credentials. - Success at every level
After working across the U.S., Coach Booluck joined Baton Rouge Soccer Club in 2015. He’s led multiple youth club teams to four state cups, three Gulf States Premier League titles, a President’s Cup, and numerous tournament victories. His MLS NEXT 2006 boys qualified for the MLS Flex showcase in 2023. As Head Coach at Episcopal High School since 2016, he’s guided the team to four finals in five seasons, winning back-to-back state championships in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Leading Louisiana’s Senior Development Pathway
- Girls Academy leadership
As the Louisiana TDP Elite GA Director, Kiran oversees the U17 girls and other senior-age groups. Under his guidance, LATDP Elite has earned national recognition, including a #3 ranking in the national Development Player League in early 2022 . - Mentorship beyond the pitch
Alongside coaching elite teams, he instructs future U.S. Soccer Federation coaches and champions outreach programs like TOPSoccer expanding access and opportunity in the community. - Award-winning excellence
His leadership hasn’t gone unnoticed: he’s been named Louisiana High School Coaches Association & National Federation High School Coach of the Year (2023–24), United Soccer Coaches Independent HS Coach of the Year (2022 & 2024), multiple-time All-State and District Coach of the Year and racked up 8 district coach awards between 2018–2025.
